Over the Rainbow (OTR) Listens

OTR Listens is a real-time chat based service for youths between 13 to 35 years old, seeking an emotional outlet. OTR Listens allows seekers to anonymously share their emotions, feelings, issues, concerns, challenges and aspirations.

The service is provisioned by trained volunteers and supervised by trained professionals.

This is not a a suicide prevention service. Instead, OTR Listens provides non-judgmental yet cathartic support for your emotions by offering a listening ear.

Calvary Community Care

Calvary Community Care provides counselling services to youths between 13 to 25 years of age with mental health issues, and personal or interpersonal challenges in their lives.

Initial assessment is free. Subsequent sessions are $50/session. If you require financial assistance, fees can be subsidised to $5/session.

Silver Ribbon Counselling Service

Silver Ribbon provides counselling service for people with mental health issues, currently via ZOOM due to the ongoing pandemic

National Care Hotline

The National Care Hotline provides a listening ear connected to professionals to talk about the issues weighing down your mental health.

eCounselling Centre (eC2) (Fei Yue Project 180)

Ec2 is an online facility offering free counselling to youths via text/chat.

Child Guidance Clinic (IMH)

IMH’s in-person Child Guidance Clinic provides consultation for young patients aged 18 years old and below who are facing emotional or behavioural problems.

Tinkle Friend

Tinkle Friend is a national toll free helpline and chatline that provides support, advice and information to lonely and distressed children, especially in situations when their parents or main caregivers are unavailable.
